One `files[]` element — the AI SDK's `ImageModelV4File`, which is a union of `{type:"file", mediaType, data}` (base64 bytes) and `{type:"url", url}`. Modeled as one class whose null fields are dropped before serialization, so each element reaches the wire as exactly one of those two shapes.
