ai.wire.prompt_blocks
A rendered prompt message's parts as content blocks: a `string` part is `Text`, a media part is `Media` with null provenance. The rendered prompt then lowers through the same path as the journal's turns.

A root.CacheDelimiter is dropped, and the text on either side of it is
joined back into one Text block, so a client that lowers these blocks
sends exactly what it would send for the same prompt without the
${cache(...)}. A client whose wire has a cache marker lowers
prompt_parts(message) instead.
