anthropic.internal.default_cache_control
The `cache_control` a `${cache()}` sends on the Messages wire: an ephemeral breakpoint with the default 5-minute lifetime. Shared by every client that speaks that wire (`anthropic.Client`, Claude on `google.VertexClient`).
