Wait for every input and return one outcome per input, in input order.
Typed errors become Failure; panics, including input cancellation, become
Panicked. No input is cancelled because another input failed or panicked.
An empty input returns an empty array.
Cancelling the collector stops the wait; it is not an input outcome. Inputs remain governed by their own cancellation tokens and task groups.
